QTEk8080 GPRS Connection

Hi Guys Im a newbie and I need advice please I have a qtek 8080 with windows mobile 2003 and a O2 sim which should be a genie 300 free text etc well I have tried everything on O2 and a link on here it refuses to connect to GPRS , Can you help me i need the settings or i WILL GO CRAZY TRYING windows flag flies and G is in the top corner of phone tried every setting going huh except the right one of course it either says cant connect or no coverage but while connecting some times it does show the page and I have some history saved so I know its working but then cuts in with the above. Can you help I will need help if I don't crack this soon . Cheers hope there is someone out there would be grateful.
