Most people want the E200 to be charging when it is connected to their PC.

I think this is a good thing since the battery life is so poor otherwise.

I do not know of any reason why this would affect the battery performance.

And then for what purpose has the usb cradle the input for the charging?

if you want to charge the phone when you put it on the cradle it is easy to plug-in the charger into the cradle from behind and that's all!

NOW, is some way to close the charge from the usb?

The phone is designed to be charged this way and you will not damage your battery unless you have a bad habbit of constantly

connectingdisconnecting the phone.

Li-ion batteries prefer to be topped up rather than discharged as

trying to fully discharge the battery will damage it.

To confirm there is no such thing as 'memory effect' on Li-Ion batteries so charge away!

EDIT: My mistake, they do but its far better than your average battery!

Li-ion batteries can suffer from a similar effect to memory loss

but it is far less pronounced and under normal conditions unlikely

to be noticed.
