I have this file on my storage card and it's taking up nearly 4meg of space.

Am I right in thinking it's a backup file of some sort and is safe to delete? I have a feeling it's from a backup program I no longr have but want to be sure before I delete it.

It's a backup created by Sprite Backup, and quite an old one at that, so I'd get rid of it
