[C500] Using greek characters (sms)

I was wondering, since the phone can already display greek characters, it obviously has the encoding somewhere, im looking for a way to be able to use the characters when writing sms messages etc, basically in every app that receives keyboard input..

Is this possible? If it is how difficult would be to "use/implement" ?

If not, do you know of any apps that could receive this kind of characters?
