Guest MitzEclipse Posted November 15, 2004 Report Posted November 15, 2004 Is there a way to disable the new T9 feature in Smartphone Mobile 2003 that predicts words to the RIGHT of the cursor? I don't want the phone to do this... is there a way? Thanks

Guest MitzEclipse Posted November 15, 2004 Report Posted November 15, 2004 I agree, it guesses really badly and its rather annoying. So there is no registry hacks to disable this?
Guest Confucious Posted November 15, 2004 Report Posted November 15, 2004 It doesn't guess - If you have typed a word before it will automatically put in the word that came next last time you used it. Why do you find this a problem? if you don't like it, ignore it and carry on typing. I, at least, think it can be quite handy and don't see what the fuss is about. Maybe I'm missing something?

Maybe I'm missing something? because sometimes you type a text message, and it "predicts" the next word , but there really IS no next word and you already hit the SEND button. Thus, the text sends out with the excess predicted word... can get confusing for the receiver.
Guest NIGHTMARE Posted November 21, 2004 Report Posted November 21, 2004 i have up in '27' (for a date) in a text message and now everytime is send a message and type 'am' it coes up with '27'. very annoying i can tell you, is their any way of changeing the word order that anyone knows of???
