hi ive put betaplayer on my c500 and some vids on my storage card but cant get them to play.since installing betaplayer it has never woked.can anyone help,b4 i shoot the phone

Now are you sure that the files are .avi because thats what it mainly plays, also the files could have been encoded with something the player cant decode, try using DivX
