Unlocking phone

Hello i have had my E200 smartphone for a while and have unlocked it before so i can install certain software that the phone won't allow. I have now had to reset my phone back to factory settings and now i can't remember how to unlock it again. Can anyone help me please!

I tried this orange unlocking thing but it doesn't seem to work on my qtek 8310 smartphone wm 5.0 I have t-mobile as a provider. Everytime I try to register my Imei number on the actionreg program the program shuts down after one second so I am unable to register and unlock my phone. Anyone have the same problem? Are there any other techniques? please help
