Is it possible to use a wired gps receiver on TTM?

i got the TTM trafic update and i got a BT gps from Royaltek :-) and it works great. But i got an E100 and i also want to use TTM.

Can someone tell me if it works?

I have no experience of trying but i believe TTM tries to connect to a receiver on COM7. So unless you can get COM1 (the wired conn?) to pretend its COM7 you haven't got a chance.

Plus i'd be concerned about how well the E100 processor could handle the TTM application.

Your only probably choice is to use Mapopolis or Copilot on your E100 where you can configure which COM port you want to use. - that's if you can get a gps receiver which has the same connection...

Why did you buy TomTom Mobile for a phone that is known not to work with it due to lack of BT :?:

because i also have a C500 with TTM official bought in a shop.

But i got also an e100 with Mapopolis with wired gps receiver. But TTM is better i think

Remember, running TTM on two phones requires two licences.
