VPN with MPx200

I am trying to set up my phone to connect to my VPN at work so If I am away from my computer (or the servers) and they have a problem I can dial in and take a look around using VNC.

I have set up the VPN connection on the MPx200 but I am not sure if I did

this properly. Below is my current settings.

VPN Type: PPTP

Connections From: The Internet

Connects To: The Internet

IPSec authentication: Pre-Shared Key

IPSec Pre-Shared key:

I think I may know where my problem spots are, but I am not 100% sure how to fill them out. So here are my questions.

1. What exactly does "Connects To:" and "Connects From:" stand for? What settings should be in here?

2. We currently do not use IPSec to connect into our VPN. I was planning on implementing this in the near future. Do I need to do this before I can make it work properly on my phone?

I have added a computer name to test in the "Work URL Exceptions" but I am still not able to connect when I try and make VNC connect to that computer name.

I found a article (or a post, I can't remember) somewhere on the net where the guy got it to work, and he explained what he had to do. He said the way he figured it out was through the MS Smartphone newsgroups, so I am hoping someone here can help me.
