which QTEK smartphone type

I have a QTEK smartphone and I don't know which type. I can see it has a PC20B on it's back and it's boot is CANARY MV 2.00. I belive that is a QTEK 8080 (from some pictures), but I can't be sure. I would like to reinstall the boot and I don't know which type. Probably I should unlock that boot before, because my carrier is not a very usual one.

In fact my problem is that I receive a "no service" message, and I tried with different sim cards.

Does anybody knows what should I do?

Is your phone new?

Talk with your operator and make sure the handset has not been blocked.

yes, the phone is new. I managed to repair. I found it's type is QTEK 7070. Now I try to install Smartphone 2002 (now I have 2003, and it's working really slow and I have to recharge daily) but it's realy hard to. I have tried all methods I found (XMINT procedure, a lot of updates I found, but unsuccessfull.

and from Canary Mode: v2.00-2003 (if found nothing about this version on the several smartphone forums I tried).
