C500 / IPAQ HX4700 vs. Imate PDA2K

I have a new PDA2K from imate (also known as the XDAIIs MDA III, QTEK 9090 amongst others). On a recent trip to Toronto I could not resist picking up an HX4700 on my credit card. I've also been using a C500.

I've been using both now for about 2 weeks, but I need to make a decision. My wife says one has to go on eBay. I agree I can't keep 2 devices on the go.

I'm looking for some thoughts from you C500 users to help me make my decision.

a) HX4700 + Orange SPV C500

For: The gorgeous screen, wifi, bluetooth, smartphone on the c500, size

Against: No phone functionality built in, 2 devices

:lol: Imate PDA2K

For: Phone functionality, 1 device

Against: poorer screen, phone and bluetooth issues

Any help would be appreciated

well, the c500 is the phone so i would keep that, which narrows it down to the HX4700 and the PDA2k, which ones best, which do you like most?

chris, i think the point is that the imate PDA2K is a phone aswell as a PPC, but agreed, depends on what you need most, if you want a take anywhere phone that you are not scared of breaking, something you can take to pubs/clubs without fear then the C500 is a nice thing to keep hold of (small and light), but, it does mean you carry around 2 devices if you need ppc functionality
