Problem with my e200 keys !! please help!! urgent

:D well.. i've bought my spv e200 from ebay and it was in as new condition and the seller says it had no problems...but when it got here i unlocked it and now when i press the backwards key, the cellphone keeps doing that until i press another key... i cant take this anymore.. is this hardware or software problem?? maybe cause i unlocked it?? i just know i tried to open the phone and i was not successful and i've put some scratches on it with the knife lol ;)

I'm afraid E200 are well known for broken keys. My E200 had a 4 key with the same problem, it's hardware unfortunately.

The only solution is either to send it to HTC for repair or try and return it to the seller.

Failing that you could try using electonic switch cleaner...

Unlocking will not cause this problem, the only problem now is that if you

return the phone to the seller he will say you have broken it as you have

made marks on the case trying to take it apart.

damn :lol: now i dont know what to do.. i dont have orange in Portugal, and im sure he won't get the phone back.. and now to sell it is going to be hard.. and he said it had no problems when he sent to me .. weird :S
