Hard Reset

Can someone explain how i Hard Reset my qtek 8080 device.I have read on the forum but I can't seem to get it to work.Everytime I hold the button down it brings up press any key to start boatloader and then goes onto a screen with red green and blue on it.

Im just a bit confused..

When I follow that guide it brings up a blank screen with no options.Its just a white screen.Do you know why this has happened?

this is an issue with timing. I would repeat the procedure with a sd card. it slows everything down making it easier to get timing correct

is there any way i can install a new rom on my qtek 8080.currently i get different errors when trying to install a rom.The reason i say this is because i don't currently have an SD Card.
