Sending files from C500

I recorded my niece on my C500 today and wanted to send the file to my parents via email. I thought all I had to do was select email put the address in and send, but no such luck. Nothings happening. Ive tried messing about with the clip in my Active Synch (moving it to the desktop) but when I do that it wont open (says its not supported).

Is the email facility more complicated than Im anticipating, have I missed something dead obvious?

Any help would be really appreciated

You should be able to send videos by email from the phone. After you press send from MultiMedia Album the email is saved in your Outbox. You then need to go into your POP3 account and press Menu, Send & Receive.

Then you wait for Orange to pass it on which can be painfully slow... :roll:

You have the option of recording video as .avi (which should play in Windows Media Player) or MPEG4 (which my PC plays with Quick Time)

EDIT : Do you use orange.net ? If so, I think it's them that's the problem as I can't get into my account at the moment.
