I accidentally closed a system msg

I pressed "end" to turn my backlight on and I briefly saw a white screen with writing on it, but it went to the home screen right away since I pressed end. Is there a way to get this msg back? I think it said AT&T on it, which is my provider. I checked my txt msgs but it's not in there.

You could phone AT&T customer services and find out from them what it was. I don't know of any way to get the message back.

Most likely it was a network upgrade or something technical. I imagine if they needed you to take any action they would have texted you, as with SIM upgrades.
