Guest kiaman Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 Like I have said, I am thinking of getting rid of it, in favour of something that works better using bluetooth. I need this feature to work perfectly, as I spend so much time out on the road. Until now it has been a worry about not having an in car charger, which Orange have now sorted, but the bluetooth issue is still a problem. I have not updated with the latest version of software, due to the problems people on here seem to be having with it, and overhaul the handset is nice to use, and battery life is OK, but the BT issue when making or receiving calls is proving to be a real pain. If anyone has updated their phone, and found the BT problems to have been improved, then please let me know, as the phone is used mainly for calls, and I like the fact it has such a low SAR rating. Everything else seems to work fine, and calls are clear, and reception is great, when not using bluetooth.
Guest Turbonutter Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 I find Bluetooth with this thing works perfectly logically. The only sticking point was getting it to BT ActiveSync, but that was a misconfigutation with my computer (and it was a bit poorly documented exactly what needed to be done).
Guest kiaman Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 There is no way to set the headset to auto answer, headset delay on answering call, voice dial issues, on Jabra BT250v, Moto HS810, HS820, all have same issues, so has to be the phone not the headsets, so for me it is not totaly logical at all.
