hi there

i just ran the program but, unfortunately something failed.

the application wrote a code on the screen, but after i restarted the phone, there where no screen saying that i should enter the unlock code.

just the normal startupscreen appeared

can somebody help me ?

Hi Kilroy. Welcome to MoDaCo.

What ROM is loaded in your phone? If you are using SmartROM version 1.5 and higher, you will not see a window prompting you to enter the unlock code. I believe it was disabled in those ROMs.

You can check your phone's ROM version via Programs > Settings > About

if i have an Orange rom above 1.5 , how can i remove this lock ?

i have the code, the program wrote to the screen i just can't enter it :lol:

After you got the unlock code, you should restart your phone with a non-Orange SIM card on it then wait for the window asking for the code. Enter the code when prompted.

how about for version 1.6 and above? is there a solution? like entering also the unlock code? thanks in advance.

Unlocking is that same for all versions except SMART roms as their OS

blockes the screen that enables you to enter the code.
