Today I get the new xphone after it hangs everytime.... I wanna ask you that why I can't get the new user at myxda.com they says invalid imei........related to the new one?????

If it's anything like oranges Over The Air unlock service you may need to acccess the internet on your phone for it to register your emei validity. Just acccess any web page on your phone and it might work. This is just a thought as I have no idea about how myxda works

you cannot register with the imei no. at website, there is 2 possibilities:

1. The Xphone has been repaired at our repair centre before & the imei no. has been replaced.

2. The Xphone could be originated from U.K.

Sawadee kup Bam... could it be that you are having a refurbished xphone? And the previous owner has actually register the IMEI on O2 website? Or if it's really new, maybe the IMEI is still not in myxda.com database yet.

by the way which province are you in? I'm in Lampang.
