Can someone help with this XML problem?

I am an XML novice!!

Downloaded a homescreen from Kleinwder (XML attached). What I wanted to do was add a row of icons right at the top. I managed to do it, but could not get is positioned correctly unless I removed the XML code for the Calendar plugin (see modified XML attached).

So what I want to do, if someone could help, is put the Calendar plug-in back into the homescreen in the same position as it is in the original version, but keeping the icon list at the top!

Not got a cradle here to test it but it looks like you need to reduce the height of the shortcuts plugin. At the mo' it's 46 and probably only needs to be 16 as you have chosen small icons.
