Formattin Flash Card

I have a 32 MB Orange Card (TimeOut).

Although i erase all data in the card,20 MB of it is used an I only have 12 MB of space available.(No hidden files I checked it also)

What can I do?Is there an app to format the cards for SPV E200?Or anything else?

you can format card using task manager.
