What makes you think the 2 are related ?

You could do a hard reset but that's a bit drastic.

What exactly is the sync problem ?

Here's my problem.

I was able to sync via usb (SMT5600) and BT with my (IPAQ). But now for some reason, I can not sync with any method. I've tried reinstalling activesync and still...not working. I tried USB sync on both devices and still nothing. I sync my devices on two computers (home and work). Does ANYBODY know what happened and why the computer will not detect my device when I got through activesync "get connected"? Please help :x

make sure you only have one device connected at a time as

Activsync does not work properly if you have to devices connected.

If you have one device connected it should ync ok, then if you connect a second device the first will still sync until you remove it.

Once removed the second device will not sync and if you connect the

first one again it also will not sync.

Hopefully this will be sorted in future updates of Activsync.

I've done everything possible. Restarted the computer, installed activesync, USB one device and still, it can connect. I'm not sure if there some kinda of system file on the device that is causing this. I did set the devices to sync via BT. urgggg...
