I still got hang problems, can anyone give me some advices?

Can you describe a little more about what is happening? Is your phone just stopping working? Does it crash? Is it while using any apps/games etc?

I still got locking up problems even the o2 service gives my the new one......how should I do?

Yes, she tried a hard reset and problem still the same.

When the phone locks try removing the SD card and putting it back....This worked for me when mine hung.....

not had it hanging since updating to the latest Orange ROM though
