How to decert without GPRS?

Hi,

I've just moved to Canada and had to hard reset my phone. I dont have GPRS so how do I decertify? Also, where in the settings do I stop the phone from trying to connect, because every 2 minutes I get an error message saying 'Unable to place call'?

You can still decert your phone, just use passthrough so the phone

connects to the internet through your PC instead of GPRS
