I've tried about a million times to do the ROM update thingy for my C500 but I keep getting " error [264] connection" I've called orange support and tried various things that they've told me including diabling my anti virus program and removing adware and spyware from my PC but nothing! I don't want to call them again as it takes about half an hour to get through and I've already spoken to them for about two hours! Any ideas?
Guest squall Posted November 18, 2004 Report Posted November 18, 2004 make sure you connect directly to a usb port - ie not through hub try running from the bootloader to enter bootloader hold camera and power button when switching on
