MPX200 doesn't start up... a way to save data

after playing and working with my mpx200 for all day, the ram memory was very down, so i decided to stop the phone and restart it. but when i've tried to start it up, the phone blocks loading just after switching it on, on the Hellomoto image. :?: :x :evil:

now... is there a way to save my contacts before Master Reset??? :oops:

please help me! :wink:

Unfortunately not, but one trick to try before doing a hard reset is to

power on the phone while pressing the action button as you would

to do a Master Reset (hard reset) but then select No.

Now see if the phone will boot as normal.

If this does not work then the only option is to do a Hard Reset

i've tried but i've got no results... i'm very lucky!!! but if i take the phone in a motorola center, will they be able to save at least my contacts?
