Voice dial - Headsets - Bluetooth and Non Bluetooth

Anyone able to explain how to use voicedialling on the C500.

I've tried using it with both the original cable heaset supplied, and also with my Ericsson HBH-20 Bluetooth headset and can't get any joy.

In general I am very unhappy with the way the phone works with the headsets. The bluetooth one is unreliable for dialling and receiving calls - sometimes they connect - sometimes they don't, and without moving from the driving seat or resetting either device.

The cable heaset seems to fail to answer and hang-up calls properly using the button, so is again intermittent.

Finally - has anyone got a BTooth headset with a seperate cabled earpiece, like the HBH-20, that they can recommend as working well with the phone, as I may upgrade if I know it will fix things.

The headset issue is a well known feature of the C500. I am now selling mine because of this problem. I can not afford to use the phone when driving with out the use of a headset. I now have a handset that uses bluetooth and has a wired car kit, so I am now covered for what ever vehicle I am using. Some people on here do not seem to have a problem with using BT headsets, others do. It seems to me, that not all C500's work the same way, or the ones who have no problem with their headsets, are not using them allot.
