AT&T MPx220 released to national business ordering $219.

I didnt see this posted anywhere so I thought I would let people know that if you have a FAN (foundation account number) with AT&T you can order this phone for $219.99 minus $50 online credit. It was just released recently through NBO only. I ordered mine Tuesday and got it Thursday. It came in a non branded Motorola box and no AT&T branding on the phone except for mMode installed. It has a newer firmware than the Cingular version and doesnt seem to have its associated problems.

Wow! What do you have to do to get a FAN? Just curious as it's probably too late now that it's Cingular. Also, you might have a problem using it ont eh full Cingular network.

Its not too late. If you have a work email address check it at AT&T's business website. Otherwise I wouldnt know how to get your company added to their list of companies. Also using it on the Cingular network isnt a problem only if you want to switch to a Cingular calling plan. The AT&T version comes locked.
