I have tried to active Sync phone to pc 3 times, i keep getting critical connection error where am i going wrong? Would be grateful for any help.

Some more info would help. eg -what phone? how are you trying to connect? what OS are you using? Do you have a firewall? Is it Zone Alarm?

Phone make is SPV E200, throngh USB, What does OS stand for new to all this sorry, Mcafee fire wall, it's not zone alarm. thank you

OS = Operating System, eg windows 98, XP or whatever :lol:

Disable firewall (make sure you disconnect from internet first) and try again.

You have niot installed SP2?

Did you install Activsync before connecting the phone to the PC?

if not this can also cause probems.
