t9 language

Hi, i have two questions:

1.does anyone know if it possible to extract the swedish t9 ".dll" file from any Qtek rom and copy it to a mpx200 and use the phm registry hack to use swedish as my t9 language?

2.when i try to do the phm registry hack for t9 languages on my mpx200 and then restart the phone, the settings doesnt seem to be saved, is this because of software lock or what? if so, how can i unlock it?

It is not possible, you would have to hack the actual ROM image

if you wanted this to work.
