Outlook and program problems, please help!

I have an I-mate Smartphone 2 which is running Windows Smartphone 2003 4.20.0

My problem is, I user sub-folders for my contacts in outlook on my PC, is there anyway I can get these folders to sync with my phone? Can I create multiple sub-folders with my contact list on my Smartphone?

Also...how do you shut down programs. For example, how do you shut down Media Player. The only way I can seem to do it effectivly is by going to task manager and stopping it through that.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

You can create Categories on the PC and they will be synced over to the

PC but you cannot create new Categories on the phone.

Once the Categories is created then you can edit the contacts on the phone to include them in the new Categories.
