Changing Font Size

I bought the imate SP3i and really like it although I was wondering if you could change the text size on contacts to a smaller size? There is no option for this but some of my contact names are a bit long- especially the ones with company names and I would prefer a smaller or non-bold font to have more contacts displayed on the screen at one time.

Also, when you click and hold the home key, a menu comes up with BT and GPRS options. Is there a way to add things to this menu? I would love to add the Task Manager and File Explorer here.

Lastly, pressing the green button brings up the list of last dialled number. Can this be customized to bring up call history with all the dial, recieved and missed calls instead of just dialled calls?

It does not appear to be a user definable menu on the phone unfortunately.

I was also looking for some tweak to change font sizes in start menu, contacts and menu bar. Here you can find how to change the system font, but unfortunately up to now I've found no way to change the font height and weight that is set on those three items. You can enlarge the font in the accessibility settings (set it to "big"), but not shrink it. My workaround is to change the settings of the (ttf) font file itself. You can i.e. use "Softy" to open the font - in the "Metrics" menu you can now increase the "EM Square" value to make the font appear smaller (I've set mine from 1000 to 1500). There will fit no extra entries in contacts list view, but many fonts can be made much more readable by this trick.
