Bluetooth Problem

Hi I recently brought a bluetooth dongle from ebay for my qtek 8080. An example of this dongle is shown here > http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...5733223187&rd=1 . Could anyone help me with setting this up as I have set it up but when i try to send a file to my phone it says the following..

The file transfer failed because the receiving Bluetooth computer or device did not respond.

If you sent the file to another Windows XP computer, that computer must be running the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard. If you sent the file to a Bluetooth device, make sure the OBEX File Push Profile is installed.

However My PC seems to pick the mobile phone device up but doesn't allow me to send files to it..Sorry for the vague explanation but i hope someone has expertise in the bluetooth area as I cannot seem to get it working
