Free picture and ringtone on Orange World?

I was using up some of my inclusive 4mb on the Orange World website and there was a link to 'Free Stuff'. I followed it and it mentioned a free picture, game, or ringtone each month. Now I checked for specific instructions on how to claim this freebie, but there weren't any. I couldn't see anything helpful in the T&Cs either. So, I followed the links and selected a ringtone. Even though the last link said 'Buy...' I decided to use it. I received the ringtone and unsurprisingly it was crap, but my concern is I have been charged £2 for it!

I called OCS to check if I had been charged and the lady said she couldn't tell me. I would have to wait for my bill at the end of the month! Has anyone else taken advantage of the offer? Is my bill automatically adjusted? Or do you think I will be charged? (The OCSR said I could claim a refund if I am charged. Have to wait and see on that one.)
