SmartPhone 2002 OS Reinstall?

Actually, I have been playing with the functions of SmartExplorer, and accidentally and don't know how I have erased all the sofware in the phone including all the storage card, I can phone, use the messages and the schedule, but theres are no more programs to run. I don't know how to reinstall or where to get the files to do it.

A Hard Reset returns your phone to it's factory defaults, there is

no operating system to install because it is already there as it is

part of the phone.
