Guest pigpaw3 Posted November 23, 2004 Report Posted November 23, 2004 I went to file manager,IPSM,App Data, and Home, where I keep most of my JPG picture files. I then went to File and Associated all my JPG files to my home screen by mistake. Now anytime I want to just view a picture I get sent to the home screen. I tried associating my JPG files with each program in the associate menu but nothing will open the JPG pictures. Im still Walking. Thx
Guest michhy Posted November 23, 2004 Report Posted November 23, 2004 Two ways i could think of: 1. install PHM Regedit (or any registry editor) and go into the file association screen, remove the association. be careful tho. 2. better still, go download an image viewer, such as resco, or just install the one that came with the mpx200 CDROM, and re-assign the file extension using the programs options/settings (file association) hope this helps
Guest pigpaw3 Posted November 24, 2004 Report Posted November 24, 2004 For anyone reading this problem I fixed it myself by doing a reset. Thanks to the info on this forum I learned to do a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button and blue action button at the same time. It took about two minutes and I had to reinstall my stuff, but it was well worth it and it seems to be operating faster and smoother. Just my imagination. Goin Shreadin

You can use ALL-Backup to back up your stuff. So the next time you do a hard reset you can just reload the backup and everything will be as it was before the hard reset. Goto www.all-locations.com to get the software.
