How to safe boot a c500?

Hello,

After installing 2 pieces of software on my c500 and shutting it down, it can't boot anymore.

I installed xbar and http://www.modaco.com/viewtopic.php?p=467309#467309

I thought I would have to reboot to activate xbar and my phone now hangs up on the screen after the Orange logo.

Is there another mean to reboot it in either safe mode or "extensions disbaled" for those that know the mac world?

If you can only get to the Boot screen then you will need to do a Hard Reset this will return the phone back to it's factory settings

so you willl need to reinstall your apps and resync with Outlook.

Gloups, really no oither mean? So I will also loos all my network settings, internet shortcuts, SMS, T9 words, voice dialing...?

I wish I had such a clever thing a Palm backup... When you have a crash, it restores ALL.

Well for the future, is there an app that backsup ALL and restores all, just anything like on a teo for instance?
