Orange SPV voicemail problem & unlocking question

Hi Everyone,

I just called Orange to see why my voicemail button doesn't actually access my voicemail.

Apparently you need to actually dial 123 from the handset.

So I set this up as a contact thinking I could assign it to the answerphone button as a speed dial.

No it says that the '1' button is reserved. Is there any way of changing this, as havng a button that doesn't do anything is a small glitch, but an annoying one.

Also, i've just used 'clear storage' to reset my phone. It seems to have fixed the other problems I had, but do I now have to go to the orange website to get my phone unlocked again?

To enter the correct number to work with speed dial 1 you need to go to

MenuSettingsPhoneCall Options in there you can enter the correct voice mail number.

The number you will need to enter for Orange is +447973100123
