SmartShell & SmarTips - new programs

SmartShell is a software which is integrated into Shell of Windows 9X/2000/XP, it makes it possible to add a tab

to the windows of "Properties of a file", Fonction availables :

- the files packed in the skin.

- the plugins in the skin.

- information on the skin (author, title, version and contact).

- XML of the skin.

- the background image of the skin.

Also available SmarTips, which carries out approximately the same thing, the information are display in hint tips ( bubble ) in Windows explorer.

SmartShell and SmarTips are free software.

I wish to add new functionalities to his software, do not hesitate to contact me (add languages, fonctions...).
