Guest Swagger Posted November 24, 2004 Report Posted November 24, 2004 I am a new user. I have the Orange SPV C500, and during a call I have "View Calendar" and sometimes "View Contact" on my screen (if that number is stored on my phone)? What purpose does it serve? Can I get rid of it? Thanks.
Guest Chiz Posted November 24, 2004 Report Posted November 24, 2004 So you can check the calender to arrange something with the person on the phone. Haven't used it but I imagine view contact is so you can browse your contacts to pass numbers etc. to the person you are talking to.
Guest aristoBrat Posted November 24, 2004 Report Posted November 24, 2004 IMO, both 'View' options can really be time savers. 'View Calendar' works like Chiz said -- you can quickly see your calendar. Really good for when someone you're talking to asks "Hey, what are you doing on MM/DD". When I call someone and they don't answer, I just hit 'View Contact', scroll down to one of their other contact numbers (home/office/whatever) and call them there.
Guest Cabana Posted November 24, 2004 Report Posted November 24, 2004 Is there a way to customize that screen, the in-call one?
