Viewing localy stored HTML pages with Pocket IE

Is it possible to setup favorites to local HTML pages as opposed to www.

Like you do in IE with a filepath. If so whats the syntax for the directory stucture? I want to be able to take web pages with me and not run up huge international roaming data charges when abroad.

I was able to pull up a file in the /windows directory with:

file:///windows/pocketmsn.htm
