Bluetooth and ActiveSync

Right, I have bought a Bluetooth dongle and I am using the Bluetooth software that comes with XP's SP2.

I have tried pairing a few times with my C500 but it still comes up with the attached error. I can't see any settings to fix it either.

Any ideas guys? Sorry if I'm doing something stupid!
