Ip layer on SPV E200 (or smarphone...) ticky..

I would like to know if the smarphone (ie SPV E200 for example) does support the 127.0.0.1 (or localhost) ?

indeed I would like to install a HTTP proxy in the smarphone and tell the web browser to use this proxy (so 127.0.0.1:8080 for example)

does someone is an expert of this ? have you an answser ?
