No menu-delay when using T9

Hi there.

I've changed the registry so that the delay when using non-T9-input is smaller.

The sideeffect is that the menu when using T9-input also has smaller delay.

Is it possible to do the following:

* Make the T9-menu appear without delay

AND

* Keep the delay when using non-T9-input (or else it's not possible to use non-T9 at all)
