Problem syncing to Exchange AND Desktop

I've had a look and can't find any way of doing this, but I want to so I'll ask! I work from home occasionally and I need to sync my calendar between my phone and both my home Desktop and my work Exchange server. The problem is it only seems to work one way.

When I connect to the Desktop, I can go into Activesync settings, remove the Calendar check from the exchange settings and it will then allow me to check calendar on the desktop settings and pull across all appointments to my PC, hunky dory.

Trouble is, when I take my phone back to work where I use Exchange, the Desktop options doesn't show calendar (Because my calendar is on exchange, obviously) and when I tick Calendar on the exchange settings I get 2 options:

1) Replace items on my phone.

This is no good because it doesn't update my Exchange Calendar with all the new entries I've made which I need to transfer to my (Company viewable) calendar.

OR

2) Do not replace items only on my phone as they may not yet be on the server (this may result in duplicates)

This is no good either, because Christmas, along with every other event on my calendar, now occurs 16 billion times, not to mention the fact that it still doesn't sync the bloody new appointments, I just get A/S warnings saying that it couldn't create the appointments.

PS. Dear Microsoft, since this is SUPPOSED to be a business tool, I have an idea  Why don't you actually make it easy for people to use it for business purposes? I'm not the only person who uses Exchange at work and a desktop when working from home am I?

I thought that since A/S on the phone recognises more than one PC that it would allow me to move information between them... what was I thinking?

I'm going back to Linux

Firstly, i doubt switching to linux will make syncing with multiple machines any easier...

Secondly, why not just sync with the work PC and the home PC as standalone machines?

My Calendar at work is on Exchange because it needs to be viewable and editable by other people in the company

Also, as I spend a large part of my time wandering around my building (IT Support), I sync my e-mails with Exchange when I am at my desk so that I can read them between jobs.

I can't used cached exchange and copy them manually either because I work at two sites when at work.

Unless I have missed something obvious :?

Nope, sounds like you're stuck then i am afraid. You can sync with one server or two desktops afaik....
