My Contribution to the site...

Place in StorageMy DocumentsIA Caller ID Photos

then go to CallerID and change the template to the one you want..

Some of these backgrounds used are from various places on the net - so i dont take full cred for the work.

These aren't crap mate, they're pretty good.

It is after all only a screen we get a quick glimpse of before answering the call. Nice colours.

any idea of how to get one of these backgrounds to be the default background on a incomming call?

Follow instructions in first post.

You could also make a folder on the storage card called IA Caller ID Photos and put them in there to save phone memory.

Then on the phone, go into Photo Contacts, hit Menu, Options, Set Default Photos.

The storage card option is in General.

Hi guys, here are a few animated ones I had made for my Mpx 200 some time back. They still work with my imate SP3 (c500).

Hope you'll like it...

Ps:- Have a few more that i had downloaded from various sites and some that are a bit adult in nature, so I don't know if I should post them or not.

There is a stunning collection of still & animated PITs on the lemondeduskin site.

Go to Telecharger, Tous les Skins, then pick a designer.

Put the PITs into the Storage My Documents IA Caller ID Photos folder.

Then on the phone go to the Orange folder and choose Photo Contacts.

Hit Menu, Options, Set Default Photos and you get the 3 categories. You can ste default photos / PITs as you would for individual contacts.

You could create the IA Caller ID Photos folder on your storage card and put all PITs & photos in there. Then Menu, Options, General and choose Storage Card.

Does anyone know how to make these? I have adobe and want to make some of these myself but when I do it covers up the callers info..if anyone knows how to do this I WOULD LOVE to know..thanks

Caller ID themes go OVER the standard call screen, so for the name etc to show through, you need to leave a transparent area in your image file before converting it to a PIT. There's a nice guide here and i'm guessing you've already got the english ver of the IA PIT Tool.

Any idea how to do this on a MPX220? I don't have a photocontacts menu choice, or the directory mentioned.

To assign photos, you have to go to the photoalbum/menu/attach to contact.

I can't find any PIT files...

yeah, pretty nice, but I would like to see some very professonal screens! I duno, with like the win flag or something. If I'm not mistaken, the pop up that comes up on WM Magnetto when someone calls, is pretty professional, THough as I said, it might lack some additional information, but its far better, especially what I see on the pocket pc version!
