How to change the default screen for contacts without a phot

Where can I find the picture that is used when a contact without a photo is calling me.

I mean the grey screen with the orange bar on it.

I'm using a Orange SPV C500

Go into Photo Contacts (in the Orange folder) and hit Menu, Options, Set Default Photos and you get the 3 choices of 'unknown' categories.
