mms downloads keep GPRS activated ....

Hi,

I have some questions:

1) Why after the phone downloads the mms the gprs remains activated? (the only way to get it over is to press the "end call" button...)

2) why no logo appears on the shell display??

3) why the notification sound is not changeable?
