SPV E100 - Updating Windows version from 2002 to 2003

I have an Orange (UK) SPV E100 which has ROM Ver 1.6.1.10 and Windows 2002 Ver 3. Can it be updated to Windows 2003. And is 1.6 the latest ROM update (I did that particular update last year from their website).

I have sim unlocked and application unlocked the phone. A word of thanks to this forum (and coolsmartphone) for the advice in enabling me to be able to do this. When I was in the UK, I bought the SPV under a contract and when that finished I moved back to Australia. I asked Orange if they could send me the sim unlocking code so I could use it in Australia and they were going to charge me 20 quid (that's $50 AUD) for the privelege. I still haven't heard back from them and by information I found in this forum, did it for free. That's easy money Orange missed out on.
