a few q's i have about my C500

Hi people,

i have me a silver C500 and ive got me some questions i need answering!!!

how many texts cant it store?

when no apps are running i only have 4mb of free ram, but everything i have installed ive put on my mini-sd?

Can you de brand it at all? to get rid of all the Orange sw on it?

i think thats it for the time being!! should i have any more questions ill be back!

one more question! how can i change the contacts to list by first name and not surname? ive like 350 contacts and dont want to sit here and refile them is there a batch way i can do it? im running outlook 2003 sp1 it that makes any difference?

If you go into the Contacts section of Outlook and choose Tools > Options there is an option to alter the way names are filed. If you choose 'First Last', then Joe Bloggs is shown as Joe Bloggs. If you choose 'Last First' then Joe Bloggs is shown as Bloggs, Joe. I think Last First is the default.

my current record is 234 texts on my phone :lol:

if you fancy some customisation, i recomend doing the OTA unlock then installing one of the fine homescreens in the homescreen downloads section.

i wouldn't worry too much about how much ram it says it has free, normaly if the phone starts to run a little slow, give it a reboot (power off, power on) and it should speed up, if not let us know (we like to help)
