which smartphones do have standard Office readers on it?

Is it possible to read Office files (Word, Excel, PDF etc.) on a SPV 200? Some people say it is standard, some people say it isn't standard on a SPV 200. Well, what is it?

It is not a standard feature on the phone but you can buy applications
